The aim of the workshop is to comprehensively review, update and harmonize the existing handbook and manual for CAHWs training in Nigeria with the goal to ensure the revised handbook/manual reflects current animal health needs, policy directions, and global best practices. This will also push the promotion of national standardization of CAHW training, delivery, and certification.
