Partners are essential for Market Systems Development (MSD) programmes like Propcom+ to deliver impact and reach women and excluded groups. Experience with and commitment to female inclusion, however, vary widely: while some partners see gender equality as an optional add-on, others have long engaged with women farmers or recognise the business value of working with women farmers.
