SUMMARY:DCED Global Seminar
DESCRIPTION:The DCED\, with the BEAM Exchange – its knowledge platform on market systems development (MSD)\, is a forum for networking and practical information exchange on Private Sector Development (PSD). The 2024 Global Seminar will focus on using systemic approaches for growth\, employment and resilience. Sessions will prioritise practical lessons emerging from PSD field experience\, evidence of what is working well\, along with analysis of the pitfalls. \nPropcom+’s Team Lead\, Dr. Adiya Ode\, will be speaking in a break-out session on how to mobilise finance to scale impact on 02 October – Attend networking events and meet the right people with the Swapcard event app. \nOur MERL Director\, Gerald Umeze will also be facilitating a micro-clinic on: Measuring NAIC – Net Attributable Income Change: Quasi-experimental methods for measuring NAIC for smallholder producers and small-scale entrepreneurs – 12.
